Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have strived our hardest to provide our services at our same normal pace. And so far, we have done so. However, with recent global updates in regards to shipping carriers, arrival times may be affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

 Please note, that WE are still shipping all orders according to our policy:
Standard Shipping: ships in 2-4 business days; arrives in 3-5 business days 
Express Shipping: ships in 1-2 business days; arrives in 2-3 business days

 

IF a package is delayed in its arrival, it is most likely due to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). After it is sent by us, there is nothing more we can do to ensure the arrival of the customer's order, as it is in the hands of our shipping carriers. All that can be used for updates is the tracking number provided by the carrier, which is sent via email to the customer. We always recommend purchasing ROUTE shipping insurance with every order, but in light of these recent changes, we--even more than usual--encourage every customer to purchase this additive. It will ensure that your package is covered in the case that it becomes lost, damaged, or stolen. ROUTE can be purchased at checkout for .98 cents or depending on the weight of the order.

So what happens if I purchased ROUTE and my package was stolen, lost, or damaged? What do I need to do? 

Thanks to our third-party friends at ROUTE, they make the process really easy. All you have to do is visit their site and enter your email + route order number and then make a request by choosing how you would like to be compensated for the loss. See picture below:
