Policies

Returns:

*Returns are only eligible for 14 days. Once the buyer has received the item, the time period begins. If we are contacted after the 14 day period is over, we unfortunately cannot issue a return.* 

1. Email us at venceandcompany@gmail.com to inform us of your return.  If possible, please title the subject line of your email like this: "Return - *First and Last name* and Order Number 1234." This helps us tremendously in making our returns faster!

2. Download our return form, fill it out, and send with your return. This is a receipt for us to keep as history of your return with us. It is mandatory for the process, and without it, we cannot accept the return. If you are unable to print the form, we understand. In this case, we will accept a hand-written receipt, but we ask that you please transfer the information from the form to paper.

4.  After the product has been returned and we have received it, we will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection based on our inspection of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also include our return form found in step two of this process. Once we have notified you of this, we will refund your purchase. Please see our refund and late-refund information below. 

5. All done! We hope to hear from you again soon.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We estimate 3-7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at venceandcompany@gmail.com.

Exchanges:

There are two options: return the item for store credit or exchange the item for the correct size (if in stock). Please let us know which way you would like to exchange in the email. If possible, please title the subject line of your email like this: "Exchange - *First and Last name* and Order Number 1234." This helps us tremendously in making our exchanges faster!

2. Download our exchange form, fill it out, and send with your exchange. This is a receipt for us to keep as history of your exchange with us. It is mandatory for the process, and without it, we cannot accept the exchange. If you are unable to print the form, we completely understand. In this case, we will accept a hand-written receipt, but we ask that you please transfer the information from the form to paper.

4. Since we do not place items on hold, we ask that you please purchase the correct size/product as a new order. This ensures that the item will not sell out and acts as a hold for the buyer. We will ship your new order within 1-2 business days, but please keep in mind that we cannot refund for the original order until we have received and inspected the exchange package that is sent back to us. 

5.  After we have received the exchange package, we will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection based on our inspection of the product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also include our exchange form found in step two of this process. Once we have notified you of this, we will refund you for the original purchase.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new order to reach you may vary. We estimate 2-5 business days. 

6. Done! Sit back and relax, and we will make sure the rest of your exchange process is easy and smooth.

Sale Items:

Sale items are FINAL sale, and we can only refund regular priced items. Only under special circumstances, upon our speculation, will we refund a sale item. 

We do offer exchanges on sale items. If the item does not fit, the buyer can choose to exchange for the correct size (if in stock) or for store credit. Otherwise, we cannot offer a full refund. To exchange a sale item, please email us first to let us know of the situation and then proceed with our full exchange policy above. 

Items listed under the sales page AND items ordered with a discount code count as a "Sales Item."

Shipping:

To return or exchange your product, you should mail it to: 119 Roxanna Drive West Monroe, Louisiana US 71291

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we sent the wrong size or the product was damaged. In that case, we will email a prepaid label to the customer to cover the return/exchange shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders:

For all international orders, the shipping rate is a flat rate of $15. Unfortunately, due to the time and expense, all international orders are final. We cannot make any exceptions outside these requirements.

However, if the order happens to be damaged or the wrong size, please email us at venceandcompany@gmail.com.

Holiday Policies

*Effective for orders placed November 28th, 2018, until January 4th, 2019.*

With the holidays right around the corner, we understand the need for returns/exchanges for gifts, and with this in mind, we have implemented extended policies for our Holiday orders, effective for orders place through the dates above. We must be notified within the time period above, and after January 4th, 2019, we will not be accepting holiday returns or exchanges any longer.

If a return/exchange is needed between these dates, we still ask that you please follow our full policy on returns and exchanges, found on our website.

As always, sale items cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged or the customer received the wrong item. (Orders purchased with a discount code/sale count as a "sales item.")

We do not offer free returns at this time, unless the product was damaged or the customer received the wrong item. In that case, we will send a pre-paid label to the customer to cover return shipping.

Exchanges can be made for the correct size (if in stock) or for store credit.
